RETURN POLICY

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, simply contact us within 30 days after purchase of EWE PAC and we gladly replace, exchange, or refund your money less shipping and handling.

Due to shelf life consideration, questions regarding food, water, and batteries after the return period should be referred to the manufacturer. All products and orders for return must be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of customer receipt of products. Products must be received by us within 10 business days of issuing RMA and in original condition. ALL RETURN PACKAGES MUST HAVE A CLEARLY MARKED RMA# OR IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please call us at (763) 560-4844 or simply send us an e-mail. Shipping costs are non refundable. Products accepted for return we deem not defective and after the 14 day period will be subject to 20% restocking charge. No returns on food and water rations or open items.

In returning products, carefully repack the item(s) and documentation along with original packaging. Clearly write your RMA# on the outside of the package and send prepaid via Ground Courier. We recommend keeping the tracking number until confirmed delivery to us.

Products defective from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, or causes beyond control of EWE PAC will not be covered under this policy. Batteries and/or damage caused by faulty or leaky batteries are the responsibility of consumer.
