- How long will it take to ship my protective case?
EWE PAC protective cases generally ship in 5-10 business days. Longer lead time may occur during holiday or peak periods.
- Does the price include my image and message?
EWE PAC carry-on prices include image, 1 color, text box, primary text, secondary text (not available on 2050, 2075, & 2100 models), Hot Bar colors, and padded interior. EWE PAC medium and large sizes come with cube foam interior.
- Can I combine colors or create my own message?
Colors can be combined in any combination, and you create your own message in the identified text areas.
- How durable is my case?
EWE PAC cases are extremely rugged and durable. Cases are warranty for life, and the EWE PAC finish and interior 2 years.
- How do I order products?
EWE PAC protective cases can be ordered by phone, fax, visiting our office, Sales Rep, or display site.
- What if something is wrong and what is your return policy?
Orders are processed for payment at the time of order and due to their custom design, EWE PAC orders are not subject to cancellation once commenced.
Returns are not permitted except for warranty failure.

We ship anywhere in the continental US via ground transportation.
