Q1. How do I know if my order was placed correctly?
A. Once your order is placed if e-mail address is available, we send an e-mail confirmation.

Q2. How do I know that my order has been shipped and when should I expect to receive it?
A. We send you an e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped. You should expect your order no later than 2 weeks of your order date. Most orders are processed immediately and shipped within 24 hours pending payment approval. Transit time is typically within 5 business day and express shipping is an option for faster transit time. If you have been waiting longer than the specified time, please contact us immediately.

Q4. Can I place an order without using a credit card?
A. Yes, we use Wells Fargo e-Check and Authorize.net Processes as a method for accepting checks. (Please allow 4 additional processing days)

Q5. What if something is wrong or what is your return policy?
A. We will gladly correct any error or defective product immediately. We have a 14 day after receipt return policy so you can be sure of our products. If the product does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us within the 14 day period with the following information. Name, Address, and order number. We will either replace your product, or issue an RMA number (Return Material Authorization). You will need the RMA number and additional instructions to complete your return. Please note that shipping and handling are not refundable.

Q6. What is your shipping method?
A. To keep prices low to you, shipments are sent via Ground unless express shipping is authorized. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Q7. Are EWE PACs shipped with contents packed in their respective back/travel pack?
A. All EWE PAC models are shipped completely packed and ready out of the box. Packing instructions are included with each unit for repacking ease after your inspection and product familiarization.

Q8. What if I don’t use my EWE PAC during the 5 Year period?
A. We hope you never have to use your EWE PAC. After 5 years, simply order new perishable products (Food, Water, Batteries) to replenish and you are set for up to another 5 years.
